Dollar Tree, Director of Training Delivery and Development

As the Director of Training Delivery & Development, I am responsible for delivering value added "boots on the ground" innovative learning to our Field Operations/Store Support Center/Distribution Center Associates. Having been with the Dollar Tree Organization since 2001, I have had the unique opportunity to grow and serve in several Field Operation roles and now with our Training Delivery and Development team. My goal is to inspire people to peak performance and cultivate effective business relationships built on trust and respect.

Join us for an evening of learning, networking and socializing on Wednesday, April 5th, 2017.  Parking is free, but please see parking recommendations below.

·  Registration and the cash bar opens at 5:30 PM with time to network with colleagues and learn about one another in our regional professional organization.

 ·  Dinner will begin between 6:15 and 6:30 PM with some brief chapter business and introductions. Menu: TBD, but posted prior to the meeting if time permits.  There will be dessert, coffee, tea and water.

 ***Vegetarian and special meals due to dietary restrictions will be available upon request by noting your preference in the Special Instructions and Comments block while registering.  These meals cannot be guaranteed if member or guest does not register at least one week prior to the meeting.*** 

 ·  At approximately 7 PM we will turn our focus to the featured presentation.

 PARKING: Free parking on the 2nd deck and above in the parking garage and in the parking lot east of the movie theater.  The main entrance to the conference center is on Mariners Row across the street from the Paragon City Center 12 movie theater.  You can either exit the parking garage through the hotel to the conference center, but it's a long, winding walk and can be confusing.  Or, exit the parking garage on the southwest corner to Mariners Row and walk west to the main entrance of the conference center.  You can also park in the open parking lot to the east of the movie theater. 

PDUs Available: 

1 Category A Strategic Business PDU for Certified PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP or PMI-SP, which the chapter will log for you.  Up to 1.5 PDUs for networking prior to the start of the meeting that you log yourself.  Up to 1.5 PDUs if you volunteer to help with registration that you also log yourself.

Registration will close 24 hours before the event.  Late registration begins after 5:00 pm, the Friday before the event.  *** Due to contracts with hotels and conference centers and the requirement to provide advanced notice on the number of attendees so they can order the correct amount of food, once you have registered, there will be no refunds. ***
