Presentation Title: Rebuilding After Reorganization

Presentation Description: What do you do when everything within your company is in a state of transition? How do you get your team refocused and reengaged with the new direction of the organization? We'll discuss five ways to rebuild after reorganization.

Speaker:  Mrs. Vaughnchette “Lady V” Rudisill - “Lady V…I Got to Be…ME!”

Mrs. Vaughnchette Rudisill is a featured author in the 2016 Book "Shift On" (Amazon Best Seller) powered by Tom Joyner Morning Show (TJMS) Executive Producer Nikki Woods. When she is not writing award-winning books, this U.S. Army veteran empowers the corporate space with over 15+ years of human resources intelligence, executive level recruiting and business consulting. Her passion to assist others in gaining employment is embedded in her own personal experiences of feeling the impact of layoff and downsizing at the corporate level. Those experiences have led Vaughnchette to becoming a sought-after motivational and career speaker who knows what it means to seize opportunities and convey transformative information to audiences. She is known for her “tough yet tender” communication style, strong relationship building and the ability to encourage others to recognize their self-worth and value.

Today, Vaughnchette works with AppleOne Employment Services as a Performance Specialist and Growth Strategist. In this demanding role, Vaughnchette has to ensure that the largest staffing company in the world and the offices under her jurisdiction exceeds all customer and client satisfaction. Yes, it’s a tough job; but Vaughnchette has the fortitude and integrity to “get it done”. In addition to AppleOne, Vaughnchette is a serial entrepreneur as President and CEO of Epiphany Consulting LLC of Virginia, as well as co-owner of “Touched by the Masters Hand” a commercial and residential carpet cleaning business based in Virginia.

A significant community builder she serves as a Commissioner on the Portsmouth Port and Industrial Board. She also holds memberships in: TCE Career and Business Network (TCE Ambassador), 2016 Nikki Woods Spotlight Ambassador, American Cancer Society Action Network, Final Destination Motorcycle Club, former Board Member of Girl Scouts Council of the Colonial Coast and Young Professionals of the Urban League of Hampton Roads.

She does not stop there, in addition to her above titles; she is a wife, mother and grandmother. A strong vessel of faith, Vaughnchette speaks to faith-based and inspirational groups/organizations on women’s issues, empowerment, self-esteem and more. An active member of Grove Baptist Church in Portsmouth, VA, she serves in the hospitality ministry, and holds various positions of leadership.
