“The Zen Approach to Project Management: Working from Your Center to Balance Expectations and Performance” guides its readers to apply open-minded mindfulness to more effectively manage projects.  Unnecessary, self-imposed stress and unskillful thinking are barriers to realistic plans, creative solutions, effective relationships and optimal performance.  These barriers can be minimized and ultimately eliminated when the project management practitioner takes an approach that makes project management a Zen art, a vehicle for optimal performance and self-actualization.

  • Project management as a Zen Art
  • Motivation: Stress relief; Performance optimization; self-actualization
  • The role of mindful-awareness
