This session will take you through some strategies to better cope and see the hidden benefits during difficult times. We will walk through Meaning, Choices, Strategies, and the all important and too often forgotten, Self-Care. Going through difficult times is a lived experience and it can be a huge opportunity for your growth, if you let it!

She coaches and educates organizations, women, and girls to work through difficulties & cultivate confidence by teaching them strategies on positive self talk, self worth and body image.
