Dave Silberman is a distinguished executive leader, business advisor, keynote speaker, published author, and accomplished scholar. He is also a decorated disabled combat veteran for his service for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army, and a lecturer at Boston University.
As Chief Strategy Officer at Cabrera Lab, Dr. Silberman oversees strategic initiatives to advance the science and practice of systems thinking to strengthen how professionals move and lead. As a science board member of the Systems Thinking Standards Institute, Dave designs and directs systems, partnerships, and initiative to scale the global Standard of Systems Thinking (STS)® for individual, organizational, and societal benefit.
As a scholar, Dr. Silberman’s research revolves around cognitive complexity in adaptive and maladaptive coping mechanisms viewed through a systems thinking lens with a particular focus on trauma, leadership, and human performance. He has authored and co-authored scholarly literature, books such as The Work-Life Escape Room, AI-Powered Leadership: Mastering the Synergy of Technology and Human Expertise, and his upcoming book, The PTSD Journey Map, available for pre-order now. Dave frequently writes for Forbes, where he also serves as the Member Leader of the Critical Thinking Group for the Forbes Human Resources Council.
Dave holds advanced training and degrees in project management and human resource development along with several related credentials including Professional Systems Thinking (PST), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Agile Leader, Certified Change Manager, Certified Leadership Agility Coach, and Neuro-Based Project Planning.

Robert Snyder is the founder and president of Innovation Elegance, LLC. His thirty-year career spans roles such as developer, project management, change management, sales enablement, and the performing arts. His career path includes corporate roles, consulting roles, startups, PMP, and Agile certifications. He’s performed in numerous vocal, dance, and theater ensembles. Robert earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA in Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric Horwitz, CEO and Founder of GEM, is an executive coach based in New York City with over two decades of coaching experience. He has worked with executives across the globe, improving leadership effectiveness and helping clients align their work with their deeper mission and purpose.
Before launching his coaching career, Eric spent the first 15 years of his professional life at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led HR implementation and consulting projects totaling over $1 billion. He was instrumental in establishing project management as a formal discipline within PwC, laying the groundwork for scalable, people-centered execution practices across the firm.
Eric has partnered with a wide range of nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including Bank of America, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, NYCHA, Bain & Company, McKinsey, The White House, and Vogue. His dynamic coaching style has guided countless leaders in clarifying their mission and achieving high-impact goals.
A graduate of Columbia University, Eric currently serves on the board of the Columbia Alumni Outreach Committee and leads the Columbia Career Coaches Network. He remains deeply involved in the evolving cultural, business, and civic landscape of New York City and beyond.
